Project-based work
Custom software, design, and consulting engagements are usually delivered in milestones. Payments made for work already completed are non-refundable unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Milestone cancellations
If a project is paused or cancelled, any unbilled and undisputed work completed before the cancellation date may remain payable according to the signed proposal or statement of work.
Retainers and support
Maintenance and dedicated support retainers cover reserved capacity and ongoing availability. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the active support agreement.
